Hi.
I’m Alexis—a clinical hypnotherapist, coach, and teacher. I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including NLP, CBT, somatic therapy, analytical hypnotherapy, and solution-focused hypnotherapy. But beyond my qualifications, I’m also a mother to twin teenage boys, and I’ve personally experienced some of the struggles my clients face.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I battled endometriosis and went through seven years of infertility before finally having my boys through IVF. That journey was emotionally exhausting, but it taught me the power of the mind. I learned how to use positive visualisation and hypnosis to transform my outlook—and my life. Now, I help others do the same.

My approach & philosophy.
I believe hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for transformation. It’s not about waving a magic wand—it’s about working with your subconscious mind to clear emotional blocks, reframe limiting beliefs, and create real, lasting change.
Everyone has the ability to heal, grow, and move forward. My role is to guide and support you through that process, creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My approach is client-centred and flexible. Some people need to work through past experiences before they can fully move forward—this is where analytical, regression therapy can be useful. Others prefer a solution-focused approach, where we focus on visualising success and shifting mindset patterns. No two clients are the same, which is why I tailor every session to the individual.
How I got here.
I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection—how our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences shape our behaviour. My first real insight into this came through the Mindstore Programme, which opened my eyes to the power of positive thinking and visualisation.
As I began working with more people, I saw how deeply ingrained beliefs and past traumas were holding them back. Traditional therapies didn’t always address these unconscious barriers, which is what led me to train in hypnotherapy.
When choosing where to study, I knew I needed an approach that focused not just on relaxation, but on breaking free from the past. I trained with Andrew Parr, one of Britain’s leading hypnotherapists, learning advanced regression therapy techniques. I also utilise TFT tapping and other advanced methods learned through masterclasses with Paul McKenna and Marissa Peer.
